Dates and availability
Rates depend on dates, so ask for them in the first reply if your booking link does not show live rates. A short "Which dates and how many guests?" lets staff quote accurately and quickly.
Pre-arrival information
Instagram only lets a business message freely within 24 hours of the guest's last message, so pre-arrival details days before check-in belong in your booking confirmation email or WhatsApp, with consent. We did not find scheduled messages in Tadlo's published plans.
